In December 2003 - two new 16 chicksans and new fenders were installed at #5 spot on the Main Dock to increase dock capacity and allow simultaneous operations of two crude oil vessels and one product vessel. #5 spot chicksans are connected to a 24 line and crude vessels can discharge at this spot up to 20,000 bph. 

In January 2005 modifications were made to connect to the incoming Cameron Highway line. This allows CBT to receive production barrels coming in on the CHOPS pipeline.
